You can access your account by clicking the "Sign In" link at the top of our website.
Your username will be the email address you used when you placed your order/set up your account initially. If you can't recall your password, click the 'Forgot your password?" link to reset it.
If you cannot reset your password because your email address has changed, please contact us and we will assist you. If you have purchased from us before, then you have an account in our system. Please do not instead create a new account since your order history will not be visible in the new account. We are happy to help you change your email and password if you do not have access to your old email address any longer.
If you would simply like to change your password, click the Account link to log into your account.
Once logged in, click the Account Settings link.
Enter your current password and your new password. Be sure to save your changes.
