If a product is not working as expected, please try our general Troubleshooting products steps before contacting us. If you still need assistance, please provide us with details on what the product is/is not doing and what troubleshooting steps you have taken to resolve the concern yourself. We will work with you to determine if the product may be repairable or not.
We offer out-of-warranty repair for most products previously purchased from us. Some products have manufacturer warranties, and we can provide you with more information on how to reach the manufacturer. We do not repair product that were purchased elsewhere or products that have been modified or dismantled by customers.
Our charge is $20 plus shipping. This non-refundable fee is a diagnostic fee, meaning that we will open the product and determine if it can be repaired. If it can, we will repair it. If not, we will let you know and you can decide if you want the product back or if you want us to recycle it. If you do not want the product back, we will refund any post-diagnostic return shipping fees you may have been charged.
Products repaired out-of-warranty carry no guarantee or further warranty.
