Just choose one type of GoTalk Design delivery method... either download or subscription. You can choose to download the software to a device, or you can use it online via subscription. The download is a better choice if you might want to use it in places where you don't have internet connection. The advantage to the subscription is that you can log into it from any device with internet connection, not just the one it is downloaded to. You also can access it from Chromebooks or other devices with limited or no storage capacity. Either way, each license is for one user.
