The most common issues with the Attendant Call Buttons are:
-Weak or dead batteries. Batteries are found in both transmitters and receivers. Install 2 AAA alkaline batteries in the receiver. Batteries for the hand held transmitters are available here. The neck transmitters use one 3V CR 2032 battery which can be purchased at most home improvement, general merchandise, or drug stores. During battery installation, ensure the batteries have been installed correctly (+ to +, - to -).
-The units not being paired. Please refer to this user's manual for instructions on how to pair. The manual is also included with your pager and the add-on accessories.
