For Octavius the Storytelling Owl:
- Power Mode: Check the ON/OFF switch located on the bottom of the toy to ensure it is set to ON.
- Demo Mode: Ensure the selector switch located on the bottom of the toy is correctly set to the ON position (not DEMO mode).
- Reset the toy: Remove all batteries for 45 seconds, then replace them with new alkaline batteries from an unopened pack. Do not use rechargable, 'heavy duty', non-alkaline or used batteries.
- Switch Jacks: There are two switch jacks and two buttons on the toy. Please check both switch jacks to see if the issue persists with both or just one before contacting us for assistance.
