If your Tornado Lamp is not spinning, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Check the Bottom: Look in the bottom of the lamp for a small white plastic piece. This piece contains a magnet.
- Reposition the Piece: Gently shake the lamp to allow the plastic piece to snap into the center of the bottom of the lamp via the magnet.
- Battery Check: Ensure that you are using brand new, alkaline batteries, as this can affect performance.
