For the Sensory Vibrating Neck Pillow:
- Battery Check: If it still doesn’t turn on, please try replacing the batteries with new, alkaline batteries from an unopened pack. Avoid using rechargeable, used or non-alkaline batteries.
- Switch Check: Ensure your external switch is working properly by testing it with another switch adapted device/toy.
- Adjusting Vibration Levels: To set your desired vibration speed, hold down your external switch while simultaneously pressing the button on the pillow until you reach the desired level. Once set, you can activate the vibration using the external switch.
- Switch Requirement: This pillow requires an external switch to operate. Ensure that the switch is connected and functioning properly (test the switch with another toy). This toy will NOT respond without an external switch.
