Sometimes items will ship in multiple boxes and may not show up at the same time. If your order contains a packing slip, please look at it to see if there is a notation that "some items may ship separately". You can also log into your account, select the order you have a question about, and see if the order is marked as partially shipped and/or shows more than one tracking number.
