Changing an order
Once your order has been placed and is in a state of processing, we may not be able to make any changes to it. If you notice right away that you selected a wrong product or option (color, etc.,.) please contact us immediately. We will do what we can to assist you. We will confirm any changes via email. So, please be on the lookout for an email from us. We will need a timely response. If we do not hear back from you within the business day, your order will process just as you have placed it. At that point, you are welcome to send back any product you do not want for a refund or store credit. See our information on exchanges and returns below.
Add to an order
To add to an existing order, please place a new order for the additional products you are wanting. Send us a message with the original order # and your new order #. We will attempt to combine those orders to save you shipping costs. We will then refund you the difference. We can only do this if the first order is unshipped and is not too far along in the fulfillment process, and it is shipping from our warehouse. If a product has a SKU that ends in -DS, then we may not be able to combine the orders to save on shipping.
