- Because we adapt most products by hand and process orders in the sequence in which they are received, it takes approximately 4-6 business days to process an order before it ships. Orders placed via a Purchase Order may take up to 14 business days.
- If you purchased Expedited shipping, we will do our best to process your order in 1-2 business days, but this is not guaranteed. If you have a special situation, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Products with a SKU/Item# ending in -DS may take up to 10 business days to process. If you are on a tight schedule and want to order a product ending in -DS, please contact us before you order, and we will get a more precise shipment date for you.
- If an item is on back-order, this will delay shipping. Sometimes items may be in stock at the time you order, but go into back-order status for various reasons.
- Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method chosen during checkout.

Basic: 4-10 days (excluding holidays and Sundays)
Standard: 3-8 days (excluding holidays and Sundays). Due to the pandemic, this currently is not a guaranteed service and may take longer than the estimated transit time.
Express: 1-3 days (excluding holidays and Sundays). Guaranteed, money back service.
Canada
Priority International: 6-8 days (excluding holidays and Sundays). Times may be longer if parcel is held up in customs. We are not in control of these situations.
