We personally adapt most of our products by hand, which takes time. Orders are shipped in the order they are received.
- In-stock items: Usually take 4 business days to process before shipping, but may take longer if we’re handling a high number of orders.
- Expedited (2-3 day) shipping: We’ll do our best to process your order in 2 business days, but this is an estimate, not a guarantee.
- Overnight shipping: We’ll try to process your order within 24 business hours.
- Items with SKUs ending in ‘DS’: These may ship directly from the manufacturer and could take up to 10 business days to ship. Expedited shipping may not be available for these items—contact us for details.
- Purchase Orders (POs): Can take up to 14 business days to process before shipping. Providing complete paperwork helps speed things up! Products with a SKU/Item# ending in -DS may take up to 10 business days to process. If you are on a tight schedule and want to order a product ending in -DS, please contact us before you order, and we will get a more precise shipment date for you.
- If an item is on back-order, this will delay shipping. Sometimes items may be in stock at the time you order, but go into back-order status for various reasons. We will contact you if there is a delay of more than a few days.
- Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method chosen during checkout.
- To check the status of your order, please log into your account and choose "View Order Status and Print Invoices".
Domestic
Basic: 4-10 days (excluding holidays and Sundays) This level of service does not include signature confirmation or inside delivery.
Expedited: 3-5 days (excluding holidays and Sundays).
Express: 1-3 days (excluding holidays and Sundays). Guaranteed, money back service except in instances of holidays, natural disasters, wars, etc.
Canada
International: 6-10 days (excluding holidays and Sundays). Times may be longer if parcel is held up in customs. We are not in control of these situations.
Please note: Products with SKU ending in 'DS' may have longer processing and transit times and these do not ship outside the US.
