We ship to the US, outlying territories, (including AFO/APO addresses), and Canada. Customers shipping to Canada are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes and fees incurred to ship products. Canadian customers can calculate an estimate of duties and taxes here.
Why we don't ship globally
Product safety and testing requirements vary by country, particularly for products intended for children. Unfortunately, the cost of obtaining additional testing and compliance documentation for other markets is beyond what we can accommodate as a small business.
For this reason, we cannot ship to countries outside the U.S. and Canada (or to freight forwarders arranging global delivery).
For your own protection, before purchasing from another U.S. supplier, we encourage you to ask whether their products (including all added components) meet the applicable safety requirements for your country. A seller’s willingness to ship internationally does not necessarily mean those requirements have been addressed.
