How to View Shipping Rates and Options
To calculate shipping rates and view available delivery options:
- Add the desired products to your cart.
- Click Cart at the top of the website to view your entire order.
- Select Enter Shipping Info.
- Enter the delivery address to view the available shipping methods and costs.
Complimentary Ground Shipping
Adaptive Tech Solutions offers complimentary basic ground shipping on qualifying prepaid orders with product totals of $150 or greater. Products that do not qualify for free shipping will indicate this on the product's page. Qualifying orders ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. only.
Complimentary shipping covers the carrier’s transportation charge. It does not include full-value protection against loss or damage while the package is in transit. Please purchase package protection for full reimbursement of the cost of the product and shipping in the instance of loss, damage, or theft during transit.
Purchase Orders and Net-Term Orders
Because purchase-order and other net-term orders are shipped before payment is received, full-value package protection is required and cannot be declined.
This protects both the customer and Adaptive Tech Solutions if a package is lost or damaged before delivery.
The shipping-protection charge:
• Is calculated at 2% of the product total
• Provides protection for the full value of the shipment against loss, damage, or theft during transit
• Is listed separately on the quote, order, or invoice
Customers who do not wish to purchase shipping protection may place a prepaid order through our website. Prepaid orders remain subject to our standard shipping, risk-of-loss, and claims policies associated with FOB Origin shipping terms.
By submitting a purchase order for fulfillment on net terms, the customer acknowledges and accepts the required shipping-protection charge.
Additional Delivery Service
The following service may also be available but may not appear among the standard options displayed on the quote page:

International Orders
International shipping charges do not include duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed when a package enters Canada or another destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers with a commercial UPS account may be billed directly by UPS. However, UPS generally requires payment before releasing the package for delivery. Information about paying these charges will be included in the order-confirmation email. We highly recommend paying for these fees before the package is out for delivery. The carriers generally will not attempt delivery if these fees have not been prepaid. Any packages returned to us due to non-payment of these fees will need to be re-shipped at the customer's expense.
Returned Packages
Package retuned due to delivery refusal, such as Return to Sender or incorrect addresses will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee.

For orders shipped through UPS, we recommend enrolling in UPS My Choice. This free service allows recipients to manage deliveries, receive tracking updates, and provide instructions about where a package should be delivered.
