Because we adapt most products by hand in the sequence in which the orders are received, we ask for 4-6 business days following the day your order is placed to process your order before it ships. We do not work weekends or holidays. If paying via purchase order, please allow up to 10 days for your PO to be verified and entered into our system before the order processing begins. Omission of required details on your purchase order will delay processing. If you purchase Expedited shipping, we will do our best to process your order in 1-2 business days following your order date, but it may take up to the usual 4-6 business days.
