How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll email you tracking information.  You can click the tracking number found in that email to see where your order is in transit.

You can also check your order status a couple of other ways:
Log into your account (click Sign In at the top of our website) View orders, see order tracking, initiate returns, and more. Your username will be the email address you used when you placed your order. Can't recall your password? Click the "Forgot Password" link to establish a memorable password. Then you will have full access to your account where you can view all orders and see tracking information.

If you checked out as a guest, please contact us so we can associate your order with your account.

Search through our chat box. Click the ? in the lower right corner of our website and you'll see a box to check your order status. Enter the required information to see current order status and get tracking details if your order has shipped.

If you submitted your order via Purchase Order and provided us with your email address at that time, you can use the steps shown above to log into your account. If you did not provide us with an email address on the PO, or don't know what email address was used, please use our chat box to try to track your order. Enter Track Order in the chat box, then you'll be prompted to enter a phone number. If that is not successful, please leave us a message through our chat box or our voice messaging system at 1-918-637-7390 and we'll be happy to assist you!
