- Because we adapt most products by hand in the sequence in which the orders are received, we ask for 4-6 business days following the day your order is placed to process your order before it ships. We do not work weekends or holidays.
- Products with a SKU/Item# ending in -DS may take up to 10 business days to ship. These products generally ship directly from the supplier.
- If paying via purchase order, please allow up to 14 business days for your PO to be verified and entered into our system before the order processing begins. Omission of required details on your purchase order will delay processing.
- If you purchase Expedited shipping, we will do our best to process your order in 1-2 business days following your order date, but it may take up to the usual 4-6 business days. Please contact us if you have a special situation and we will do what we can to accommodate you.
