Order status can be checked by clicking on the question mark located in the lower right corner of our website. Locate the section that says "Order Status" and enter the required information.
Alternatively, you can check your order status by logging into your account. Be sure you are logging into the account used to originally place the order.
For both methods, the email address you use must exactly match the email address used to place the order. If you do not have this information, please contact us. Provide us with the order number or a PO number, along with the name the order was placed under.
